Messinan Engineering Company was established in 2003 with a view to offering engineering and consulting services in industry with special emphasis on power plants projects. Such services include all activities related to technical and economic feasibility studies, tendering, negotiating with bidders/contractors, design, design review, project management, MC (Management Contracting) services, procurement engineering, supervision on construction and operation of industrial projects especially power plant projects including Gas Turbine power plants, Steam Turbine power plants and Combined Cycle power plants.
